Precision-molded from robust structural polymer with exact internal cable-routing channels and threaded brass inserts, engineered to securely mate with the upper throttle cap and clamp rigidly onto the handlebar without pinching internal throttle slide cables.

Position the lower throttle cap underneath the right handlebar aligning with the throttle tube flange and cable ferrules. Install the upper cap and secure with the two retaining screws, tightening them evenly (maintaining an even gap on front and rear split lines) to prevent binding on the throttle sleeve.Verification: Throttle tube snaps back instantly and smoothly under return spring force with zero housing drag or lateral slack when the handlebar is turned lock-to-lock.
