Product Description
This genuine Yamaha factory-original solid bushing is a high-precision metal sleeve used in the rear swing arm pivot assembly. Hardened to withstand constant rotational friction, high loads, and dirt exposure, it serves as the mating surface for the swing arm needle bearings and seals. It ensures smooth, play-free up-and-down movement of the rear suspension swing arm, keeping your rear wheel track perfectly aligned.

This solid pivot bush is primarily utilized in legendary vintage Yamaha off-road, enduro, and motocross (VMX) bikes:

Note: Typically, two of these solid bushings are required per swing arm assembly (one for each side of the pivot shaft).
Fitment Details
This is a direct OEM replacement. Before pressing the new bushings into the swing arm, clean the pivot housing thoroughly to remove old grease, rust, and dirt. Inspect the needle bearings and dust seals; if they are worn, they should be replaced at the same time to prevent the new bushings from wearing prematurely. Apply a generous coat of high-quality waterproof lithium or molybdenum grease to the bushing inner and outer surfaces during installation to guarantee smooth operation and keep moisture out.
