Product Description
Factory-original magnetic variable reluctance pick-up coil mounted directly to the internal stator backing plate. Measures flywheel rotation pulse and sends timing signal triggers to the CDI unit for precise spark ignition.

Fitment Details
Remove the flywheel side cover and use a dedicated Yamaha flywheel puller tool to lift the rotor. Desolder or release the terminal leads from the main stator wiring loom, unbolt the original coil from the base plate, and secure the replacement. Adjust the core air gap relative to the flywheel rotor tab before final assembly.
