This genuine Yamaha factory-original upper handlebar holder is a heavy-duty metal clamp designed to lock the handlebar tubes firmly to the steering lower bracket yoke (riser mounts). Fitment Details
This is a direct OEM replacement. Before bolting down, clean both the handlebar clamping area and the mating surfaces of the lower mounts to remove all traces of grease, dirt, or oxidation. To prevent uneven clamping force, misalignment, or stripped threads, install the mounting bolts and tighten them progressively in a cross-pattern to the exact torque settings specified in your workshop manual. Avoid over-tightening to protect the aluminum threads of the lower riser brackets.
